Job Requirements

• Previous office experience is essential.
• Knowledge in the cargo industry is desirable but not essential.
• It is essential the candidate can demonstrate leadership/planning and coaching skills.
• Safety driven with the ability to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
• Pre-employment checks - ability to achieve successful completion of the referencing (checkable 5-year employment/education history) and criminal record check procedures to meet dnata and CAA security regulations, and a satisfactory medical report.

Job Summary

You will be supervising the daily running of the clerical operation in the facility and direct, organise and support members of the team in their duties.  You will also be required to motivate, control and lead staff to ensure the smooth running of the operation. In addition, the role will support the Lead Hand who oversees the warehouse operation.

Hours of work:

• 42 hours per week
• Both day & night shifts mandatory, in line with example roster pattern below, with the earliest approximate start time as 07.00 am and latest approximate finish time as 19.00 pm.
• The job holder must have a flexible approach to working variable shift patterns within our 24-hour operation.
