Dispatcher – dnata Manchester

dnata is seeking experienced and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Dispatchers, responsible for ensuring the safe and timely turnaround of aircraft operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all services attending to the aircraft, including catering, fuelling, cleaning, baggage loading, and passenger services
• Ensure accurate load planning, weight and balance calculations for wide-body aircraft
• Liaise effectively with airline flight crews, airport personnel, and other stakeholders
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Dispatch role, with knowledge of wide-body weight and balance, is desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Valid full UK driving license
• Strong IT proficiency, including experience with relevant operating systems
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and secure working environment
• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment checks, including referencing (5-year employment/education history verification), criminal record check, and medical examination as per dnata and CAA security regulations
