We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Assurance Officer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will work across both Corporate HQ and airport operational environments, interacting with stakeholders at all levels to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulatory requirements and aviation industry standards. Working alongside the Corporate Assurance Manager and Director, you will manage critical documentation, lead during external audits, oversee audit processes, and maintain quality assurance systems across UK operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional organisational skills, and demonstrates flexibility with work schedules and locations, as travel is an integral component of this position.
Responsibilities of the role include managing corporate documentation, documentation libraries, and document control procedures; liaising with DXB HQ for dGOM distribution and communication to UK team; being a leading participant during ISAGO audits and audits conducted by external regulators and customer airlines; managing the dAuditor/iAuditor product in the UK; and the delivery and management of internal and external audits, the CAPA process, and subsequent follow-ups for the dnata product in the UK and those services provided on dnata's behalf by sub-contractors. The role also has general administrative duties such as taking and typing of meeting minutes, formatting of documentation etc.

Job Requirements
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, on own initiative, and under pressure
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint as a minimum)
- A process orientated completer/finisher with an eye for detail and the ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing
- Quality and safety driven, with the ability to promote and maintain a safe and secure working environment
- Willingness and capability to travel, work, and stay (for periods exceeding 1 day) at various UK locations
- Willingness and capability to work unsociable hours (as required by airline schedules, dnata operation etc.)
- Pre-employment checks - ability to achieve successful completion of the referencing (checkable 5-year employment/education history) and criminal record check procedures to meet dnata and CAA security regulations, and a satisfactory medical report.
