“Following 2 months of training at Heathrow I initially joined the company’s cargo sector at Gatwick. In October 2022 I took the opportunity to become Ramp Agent/Baggage Handler.
During my time in Cargo Operations, I was trained in a multitude of tasks including organising warehouse and storage facilities, arranging warehouse handling equipment and load/unloading air cargo, maintaining the required safety and quality standards as well as complying with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and company policies. I also followed dangerous goods regulations and liaised with HMRC Officers regarding both import and export freight.”
