Training Administrator 12 months FTC

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Training Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis. This role is crucial in supporting the successful delivery of our prestigious leadership development program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the logistical arrangements for leadership training sessions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, participant databases, and course materials
  • Provide administrative support to the training facilitators and program coordinators
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of training materials and resources
  • Ensure a seamless and professional experience for all participants throughout the training program

 

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a training or administrative support role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality service

 

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in coordinating leadership or professional development programs
  • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) or training software
  • Familiarity with virtual/online training platforms
