Ticket Desk Agent 

Are you an experienced ticketing professional with a strong background in airline reservations systems? We're looking for a skilled and customer-focused Ticket Desk Agent to join our aviation services team, ensuring seamless ticketing operations and exceptional passenger support across our partner airlines.

In this pivotal role, you will handle complex fare calculations, ticket issuance, modifications, refunds, and banking transactions, all while mastering multiple airline ticketing platforms such as Amadeus, Cryptic, Sabre, or Galileo. You will also oversee excess baggage charges, sales reporting, and deliver expert assistance during flight disruptions to keep passengers informed and supported.

Beyond technical expertise, the ideal candidate is strategic, customer-centric, and thrives in a fast-paced aviation environment. You'll bring strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills to drive top-tier service.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

✅ Deliver exceptional customer service while managing high-pressure ticketing scenarios.

✅ Utilize dedicated airline ticketing and reservations systems (such as Amadeus, Cryptic, Sabre, Galileo).

✅ Issue, modify, and process tickets in compliance with airline policies and fare rules.

✅ Maintain thorough awareness of Health & Safety regulations and ensure compliance.

✅ Work flexibly as part of a high-performing team that values efficiency and excellence.

✅ Actively support passengers during flight disruptions, providing fast, effective solutions.

✅ Ensure accurate reporting, reconciliation of transactions, and adherence to operational procedures.
