Team Leader Ramp

In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment while maintaining top-notch customer service in partnership with the Shift Team Leader and Duty Manager. Your responsibilities will include managing staff issues, consistently achieving SLA and OTP levels, and embracing and delivering dnata's Vision Mission and Value. Responsibilities: 

• Management of the day to day ramp operation 

• Meeting performance SLA's 

• Managing staff members including coaching, training and motivating. 

• Ensure the smooth running of the Ramp operation 

• Maintain a disciplined workforce 

• Manage health and safety within the workplace 

• Deal with staff issues on a day to day basis 

• Ensure staff and equipment are allocated to flights in a timely manner 

• Liaise with Customers 

• Compliance with all CAA & GAL Bye-laws 

• Attend operational meetings  

• Support the Ramp Manager in all areas of the business 

• Have an understanding of the requirements of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) for pharmaceutical and medicinal products and the rules and regulations that affect dnata 

• Be aware of the role of the Responsible Person (RP) within the designated site for the handling of pharmaceutical and medicinal products under GDP processes 

• To undertake any other duties as required by management, commensurate with the grade of the post
