What You'll Be Doing

  • Follow all dnata, Heathrow Airport Limited (HAL), Department for Transport (DfT), and health and safety procedures.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, airlines, customers, and third-party suppliers.
  • Contribute to achieving operational performance and service delivery targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in SPUR, baggage handling, warehouse, logistics, or airport operations is advantageous.
  • Experience of both system-supported and manual baggage handling is desirable.
  • Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual handling duties throughout a shift.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment where lifting, bending, standing, and walking are regular requirements.
  • Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Good communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English.
  • A valid UK driving licence with at least one year's driving experience is preferred.
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering excellent operational standards.

Successful candidates must be able to pass all pre-employment and aviation security checks, including:

  • Five-year employment and/or education history verification.
  • Criminal record check in line with dnata and CAA security requirements.
