As a Resource Planner, you'll be responsible for optimizing our workforce allocation, ensuring efficient operations while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with manpower planning systems and a strong background in roster control management and development. An in-depth understanding of working hours calculations for full-time and part-time staff is essential. Experience in Aviation Ground Handling operations is highly desirable.
Key Tasks
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include producing and controlling manpower plans and rosters across Ground Handling LHR operational departments, ensuring optimum efficiency using our company planning system. You'll develop and produce rosters in line with schedule changes and new business proposals, manage staff rosters in the company system, and control headcounts and FTEs in line with budget. Providing all operational areas with accurate daily staffing numbers and forecasts will be crucial, as will identifying training requirements. You'll be responsible for setting and controlling leave thresholds to provide optimum staffing levels that meet operational needs. Liaising with key stakeholders regarding all planning matters will be an essential part of your role. Throughout all these tasks, you'll be expected to promote the Vision, Mission, and Values of dnata at all times.
