Project Manager (Facilities Procurement)

12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a key strategic initiative: the consolidation of all outsourced maintenance activities into a single Facilities Management (FM) provider. This role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful change, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver long-term value across our estate.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of comprehensive asset registers across all sites to support the RFP process
  • Manage the full end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including RFP development, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and vendor onboarding
  • Collaborate closely with the wider Facilities Management team, providing support and expertise where needed

What We're Looking For

  • Strong understanding of building systems and maintenance activities
  • Proven experience in procurement or supply chain, with a focus on facilities management services
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively partner with facilities, finance, and legal teams
  • Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, contract management, and vendor management, ensuring agreements deliver value and performance

Desirable Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business, Facilities Management, or a related field.
