Management Support Assistant

Job Summary 

  • Provide direct administration support to the Management teams.
  • Support the organisation of Commercial events and attendance to Conferences.
  • Support the organisation of other external and internal events as required.
  • Act as a representative for dnata at events.
  • Act as a liaison with Councils and various other stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the the Management teams with daily tasks and research as directed
  • Assist with travel enquiries/arrangements for meetings, events and conferences for the Management teams including flights, hotel/accommodation transport pricing and booking, both domestic and international.
  • Organise entertainment for customers and Operations staff events including obtaining prices, organising supplies and managing delivery of catering and any other items required from within dnata or third parties.
  • Ensure records/Emails/correspondence are kept up to date
  • Source and purchase gifts for customers and staff
  • Manage the CSR actions of UK Head Office
  • Proof and order business cards
  • Check invoices prior to approval as required
  • Undertake expenses reconciliation
  • Liaise with the Customers, Suppliers and dnata Accounts to assist in resolving accounting queries
  • Organise and raise purchase orders for the Management teams
  • Raise CAFM requests for facility issues within UK Head Office – through to resolution
  • Managing stock and sourcing of consumables within UK Head Office
  • Undertake any other duties as required by management, commensurate with the grade of the post
  • Promote at all times the Vision, Mission, Vales of dnata

Hours of work:

30 hours per week
