Learning and Talent Development Administrator

In this crucial role, you will be the cornerstone of our learning and talent development processes, ensuring the seamless operation of our talent management processes. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and updating talent management databases, preparing documentation for succession planning, and organising performance-related information. You will also handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics for training sessions, and keeping accurate records. By assisting with performance reviews and supporting internal communication, you will play a key role in helping our team members reach their full potential. Key results for this role include the timely completion of administrative tasks, effective support of talent development processes, maintenance of confidential and sensitive information, and accuracy of talent management records. Responsibilities:

 

Talent Management Support

  • Maintain and update talent management databases
  • Assist in preparing documentation for succession planning
  • Help collect and organize performance-related information
  • Support the creation and maintenance of employee development records
  • Input and track training participation and completion data

 

Administrative Tasks

  • Manage filing systems for talent and development documentation
  • Serve as the primary administrator and coordinator for the organisation's leadership development program
  • Prepare reports and spreadsheets as requested
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics for training sessions
  • Assist in organizing training and development events
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records

 

Performance Review Support

  • Help coordinate the performance review process
  • Assist in collecting and organizing performance review documentation
  • Support managers in preparing performance-related paperwork
  • Maintain confidential employee development files
  • Generate basic reports on training and development activities

 

Communication and Coordination

  • Provide first-point administrative support for talent development queries
  • Communicate with departments to collect required information
  • Assist in preparing communication materials for training and development initiatives
  • Support internal communication of learning and development opportunities

 

Additional Responsibilities

 

  • To undertake any other duties as required by management, commensurate with the grade of the post
  • Promote at all times the Vision, Mission, Values of dnata
