Learning & Talent Development Partner

Job Summary 

This role is pivotal in driving our succession planning, critical role mapping, and performance review initiatives. The L&TD Partner will work closely with various departments to design, implement, and evaluate learning programs that align with our strategic goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Succession Planning:
    • Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure leadership continuity.
    • Identify key leadership positions and create succession plans for critical roles.
    • Collaborate with senior management to identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles.

  • Critical Role Mapping:
    • Conduct critical role mapping to identify essential positions within the organisation.
    • Develop and maintain a talent matrix to track the readiness of employees for critical roles.
    • Work with department heads to ensure a robust pipeline of talent for key positions.

  • Performance Reviews:
    • Oversee the performance review process to ensure it aligns with organisational goals.
    • Provide training and support to managers on conducting effective performance reviews.
    • Analyse performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Implement strategies to enhance employee performance and engagement in collaboration with the HRBP team.

  • Administrative Oversight:
    • Supervise and support the L&D Administrator in their daily tasks.
    • Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of training and development activities.
    • To undertake any other duties as required by management, commensurate with the grade of the post
    • Promote at all times the Vision, Mission, Values of dnata
    • Ongoing talent development programme and maintenance of the Talent Strategy
    • Improved retention in of top talent and critical roles
    • Leadership development plans implemented across business functions
    • Active performance review process in place across all leadership roles
    • Production of critical mapping plans
