IT Support Analyst

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional support? We're looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Analyst to join our dynamic team at our London Heathrow, DC East offices. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of our IT operations—monitoring and maintaining our entire infrastructure, from networks and applications to end-user devices. You'll provide hands-on support to our users, collaborate with third-party suppliers and customers, and play a key role in exciting projects that drive our business forward.  This is a Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 role but also covers out of hours (24/7) support.  The job role will also assist the IT manager in the day to day running of the department which will include liaising with external suppliers.

Job Requirements

• Applicants must be fluent in both verbal and written English.
• Ideal candidate will have previous IT experience, including the understanding of network topology, knowledge of PC operating systems and Microsoft Office products.
• Applicants must be flexible to support the business 24/7, 365 days.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Availability to work from any UK site.
• Safety driven with the ability to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
• An ITIL qualification would be desirable, but not essential.
• Pre-employment checks - ability to achieve successful completion of the referencing (checkable 5 year employment/education history) and criminal record check procedures to meet dnata and CAA security regulations, and a satisfactory medical report.
