Additionally, you'll be responsible for managing and advising on your own employee relation casework. This role will allow you to handle cases independently, providing guidance and solutions to ensure a positive and productive workplace

Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Business Partner with their business area and workload
- Update HR system on a regular and ongoing basis
- Liaise with Payroll Team for queries relating to employee issues
- Deal with staff queries face to face, via email or phone
- Providing coaching and training to manager on policies and procedures
- Involvement in ER issues dealing with investigations and disciplinaries
- Assist and conduct recruitment for all levels within the department
- Assisting and dealing with any associated duties for TUPE's in and out of the Company
- Issuing of contracts of employments and dealing with queries for such
- General administration duties such as scanning, and typing of minutes (including the staff forum minutes)
- Develop, maintain and provide appropriate HR data to all relevant stakeholders
- Assist other HR teams with ad hoc projects and any other HR duties as required
- To undertake any other duties as required by management, commensurate with the grade of the post

In this position, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring HR Business Partners and colleagues are fully supported, providing valuable information and advice to managers and staff, refining HR processes and procedures, protecting the company from claims, driving KPIs and performance improvements, and assisting in the production and progress of strategic plans.

Please note that to be successful in this role you will need to be in possession of a full UK/EU driving licence, driving between different sites is expected.
