Elevate Customer Experience and Unlock Revenue Potential as our Head of Pricing, CRM and Revenue

As the Head of Pricing, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Revenue, you will be the driving force behind optimizing our customer contracts and maximizing profitability. Your expertise in commercial pricing, revenue management, and contract negotiation will be instrumental in delivering dnata's commercial pricing policy and cost model.

Leveraging your deep understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, you will enforce and maintain our robust Customer Master Data. Your ability to promote and engage with the digitalization of commercial processes will streamline workflows, enhance customer engagement, and pave the way for increased sales, improved customer service, and greater profitability.

 

Collaborate Across Teams, Elevate the Customer Experience

Partnering closely with our commercial, operational, and finance teams, you will ensure the maximized margin of all customer contracts. Your exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills will be critical in aligning diverse functions to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial contract management
  • Management of the Commercial Executive and Customer Delivery Executive team
  • Promote CRM utilisation throughout the Commercial Team
  • Support the Head of National Accounts to develop coherent customer priorities
  • Work with Head of National Accounts to develop commercial in life strategies that comprehend operational and delivery requirements, price       strategies, customer compliance to ensure profitability of the contract is maintained.
  • Develop and implement structure around pricing and pricing decision making across the enterprise
  • Develop new tools and methods to support better commercial decision making e.g. using data visualisation tools to understand trends.
  • Provide a suite of reporting and analytics across all commercial activities
  • Contribute to Identify, manage, reduce, and drive out unnecessary costs to maximise margin and cash flow
  • Provide insights and analytical leadership to all commercial decision making
  • Be the custodian of the CRM policy and all procedures relating to commercial activities
  • Manage escalation of SLA payments, ensure proper documentation and approval processes in cooperation with the National Account                 Manager, Customer Delivery Executive, Operations and Finance
  • Prepare regular reports, metrics, and analysis related to account performance, including revenue targets quality performance, digital                 performance
  • To undertake any other duties as required by management, commensurate with the grade of the post
