Master the Art of Aircraft Turnaround
You must excel at managing load planning, weight and balance calculations, and coordinating the entire ecosystem of ground services. From catering teams to refuelling crews, cleaners to baggage handlers, you'll need proven experience ensuring every element works in perfect harmony to meet departure schedules.
Be the Communication Hub
You should have demonstrated ability to serve as the vital link between flight crews, passenger services, and third-party vendors, maintaining crystal-clear communication throughout arrival and departure processes. Experience liaising with airline flight decks via ground air radio, updating critical systems like Idaho and Findnet, and keeping all stakeholders informed of any changes or deviations is essential.
Ensure Safety and Compliance Excellence
We need someone who can monitor under-wing activities and offload processes with meticulous attention to detail, completing auditable reports and ensuring all safety procedures are followed. You must be capable of overseeing passenger boarding bridge operations, verifying service providers adhere to safe working practices, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of all key stage timings.
Drive Operational Excellence
The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating third-party engagements to meet precision time schedules, conducting flight audits, and participating in airline customer meetings. You should be proficient in managing flight information systems, producing essential documentation like CPM/LDM reports, sending MVT messages, and completing detailed ramp report cards while updating TOBT to comply with airport service level agreements.

You're a natural leader who thrives in high-pressure environments and can motivate teams to achieve excellence under tight deadlines. Your strategic thinking and decision-making abilities shine when coordinating multiple moving parts, while your strong IT proficiency enables you to navigate complex systems with ease.
