What We're Looking For:

Supervisory Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role is ideal.

Bag Hall Knowledge: Familiarity with bag hall processes and MAG procedures is a plus.

Customer Focus: Understanding of our customer airlines and their Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

BRS Expertise: Full knowledge of the Baggage Reconciliation System (BRS) is required.

Safety First: A strong commitment to maintaining a safe and secure working environment.

Pre-employment Checks: Ability to pass a 5-year employment/education history check, criminal record check, and medical report to meet dnata and CAA security regulations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Flight Setup: Ensure flights are correctly set up in the BRS system.
• Team Leadership: Allocate duties and lead your team through daily operations, minimizing controllable station delays.
• Staff Utilisation: Optimise staff deployment to meet SLAs for all carriers.
• Compliance: Ensure staff adhere to all company and external processes.
• Training & Briefings: Deliver briefings on relevant topics and ensure team training requirements are met.
• Incident Management: Act as Incident Controller under the Emergency Response Procedure if needed.

Working Hours:

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week.
• Flexible Shifts: Early and late shifts are mandatory, with start times as early as 03:00 and finish times up to 22:00.
• Roster Pattern: A 6 on, 3 off roster pattern is available on a rolling 9-week schedule.
