Job Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience is ideal
- Ideal applicant will possess knowledge of the bag hall processes and procedures including MAG processes
- You should have a good understanding of our customer airlines and their SLA's
- Full knowledge of BRS required
- Safety driven with the ability to maintain a safe and secure working environment
- Pre-employment checks - ability to achieve successful completion of the referencing (checkable 5 year employment/education history) and criminal record check procedures to meet dnata and CAA security regulations, and a satisfactory medical report.
Job Summary
You will ensure flights are set up correctly in the BRS system, allocate duties amongst the team and lead the team through the daily operation and account for any controllable station delays. You will ensure the best utilisation of staff to deliver SLA's of all carriers. The role also includes completion and planning of worksheets, ensuring staff are compliant with all Company and external processes, delivering briefings on relevant station topics, and ensuring training requirements for the team are met. You will act as Incident Controller under the Emergency Response Procedure in the event of an incident.
Hours of work
- 40 hours per week
- Both earlies & lates shifts mandatory, in line with example roster pattern below, with the earliest approximate start time as 03:00 and latest approximate finish time as 22:00
- In line with business requirements a 6 on, 3 off roster pattern is available on a rolling 9 week roster pattern
