An opportunity has arisen to assist our Airside Training Team at London Heathrow. In this role you will be working with the training team to help increase skills throughout our Ramp & Spur workforce. You may be working with new starters to the industry or upskilling more experienced colleagues. We will invest in you with externally recognised training accreditations and ongoing personal development.
Job Requirements:
- Proven ability to liaise and communicate effectively with training and operational teams.
- Responsibility for completing all required training in a timely manner.
- Commitment to training according to company procedures and ensuring these procedures are consistently followed.
- A safety-first approach, maintaining a secure environment for all staff.
Desirable Skills:
- Ramp GSE knowledge: Demonstrable experience with Ramp Ground Support Equipment.
- Focus: Ability to maintain concentration and attention to detail.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Deadline-Oriented: Capable of working efficiently under pressure.
- Operational Training: Skilled in delivering training within an active operational setting.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: Unwavering commitment to privacy and ethical conduct.
- Teamwork and Autonomy: Collaborative yet independent when necessary.
- Flexibility: Adaptable to varying schedules and demands, including travel to different UK locations.
- Time Management: Exceptional ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Safety-Driven: Dedicated to promoting and upholding safety standards.
Hours of work:
40 hours per week – The roster pattern is Mon-Fri, with a mixture of earlies and late shifts and a duty weekend every 6 weeks.
Based at Heathrow with a requirement to deliver training at Gatwick, with other UK locations from time to time as necessary.
