Our Mental Health First Aiders are not just trained professionals; they are visible pillars of support to dnata colleagues, identifiable by badges on lanyards and email signatures, ensuring that help is always within reach.

IPRS health

IPRS Health is an award-winning private independent clinical company specialising in assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. dnata offers IPRS care where needed, for example assisting with recovery of a musculoskeletal injury where appropriate. Employees can also access a free advice portal to check musculoskeletal symptoms and read articles on how to self-treat injuries.

Employee Assistance Programme

As a responsible employer, dnata aims to support its workforce to cope successfully with all life’s challenges which could potentially cause concern. dnata will provide its workforce with expert advice and information as well as specialist counselling and support, at moments of crisis and during difficult periods of their lives, whether work related or in their personal lives. This support is provided through our chosen supplier Care First. Typical reasons for requiring support might be bereavement, caring duties, divorce or separation, managing debt or finances, stress, dealing with conflict and so on.

If you have not registered with the Job Centre, we will require a personal reference from someone who MUST have known you for at least 2 years and be able to cover the unemployment period. The personal referee must not be related to you or live with you, and must be able to verify in detail what you were doing during this period.
